Ostara 15mm Plossl 1.25" Telescope Eye Piece

This eyepiece will fit any Telescope with a 1.25" Eyepiece fit both telescopes and spotting scopes with a similar fit.

To find out what magnification this eyepiece will give you, simply divide the focal length of your telescope by the size of the eyepiece. so for example a scope with 700mm focal length will give 700/15 = 46 so the 5mm eyepiece will give 46x magnification.

Remember, the smaller the eyepiece size the greater the magnification. However the greater the magnification, the narrower the Field Of View will be and remember too that you loose more light with higher magnifications so the more you magnify the more the image deteriorates.
